Our Services in Action
Camden County Auto Glass provides a lifetime warranty that covers workmanship for as long as you own or lease the vehicle. Mobile service is not available on warranty repair and may only be offered as a courtesy if possible. To qualify you must notify us within 14 days of discovering the defect or symptoms of the defect. We are not responsible for any damages exceeding the 14 days of discovering the defect. Camden County Auto Glass must be given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle damage within 14 days prior to the approval of any warranty claim. Warranty void if vehicle is neglected from routine maintenance. This warranty is not transferrable to another owner. Absolutely no warranty on products or workmanship for customer supplied parts or used parts. No other warranty, neither express nor implied, applies.
Rust
We are also not responsible for any prior damage to the vehicle. In some cases, we may not see the damage while the existing (broken) glass is installed. In this very rare occurrence, warranty is void. Adhesive does not bond to rust (damaged metal). Customer is responsible for all cost to repair existing damage. If customer denies taking the car to an auto body shop for proper repair or a rust restoration from our technician, no warranty for leaks will be given to the newly installed glass.
Clean up
Camden County Auto Glass will perform a light clean up to get our customers back on the road. Detailing services are not included in this. Continued maintenance may be needed to get rid of all the glass in the door panel, trunk panel etc. If mobile service is being performed and there is no power source. The vehicle is always welcome to come in shop for our curtsey clean up.
Extensive Damage
The quote given covers everyday broken glass, cracked or broken glass. Windshield damage resulting in the glass loosing its shape will change the price of the quote. This would be things like you hit a deer, tree limb damage, the hood flew up. Please notify us in advance of this damage so we can give the proper quote.
Stone chips
The windshield repair process is not designed to make the damage disappear, it is only to attempt to stop the damage from spreading. However, there is a possibility that the damage may spread.
ADAS
Recalibration of the ADAS on select vehicles is offered at an additional cost and is a separate post installation appointment. Lifetime warranty does not cover any electronic camera systems or sensors, unless the recalibration is performed.
Door glasses
Vehicles with the anti-pinch feature and auto roll up feature on door glasses may require a reset by the dealer for which the customer is solely responsible. Customer is responsible for and encouraged to operate the door locks and the window regulator on newly installed door glasses prior to the end of the appointment. After Door glass services are rendered. Camden County Auto Glass is not responsible if there are any future issues with the door glass or the doors operation.
Moldings, Cowl Panel, etc.
Moldings, gaskets, clips, and weatherstrips are additional charge if required for installation. If these pieces were not included in your original quote, you may need to purchase these if they do not survive installation in one piece. Clip in side moldings on certain cars are flimsy and do not transfer well (Civic, Sorento, Mini, Explorers etc.) if new moldings are not included into the new quote. We will try to reuse the clip in moldings that are already on your car. In the event that we go to take off your moldings and it does not survive, coming off in one piece. We will do our best to repair the moldings to look aesthetically pleasing. Or you can choose to purchase moldings that are new and we will then install them.
